Salmon burgers for supper

Wild caught salmon were on sale at Publix so I (Drew) opted for them over the farmed-raised fillets from Chile. I found the recipe on epicurious when Amanda graciously let me pick out two of our meals this week, of which I also get to make. I cut the salmon into small cubes, then made patties using the mixture in the recipe. I ate mine on a wheat bun with chipotle mayo and Amanda has her's on a bed of wild rice. It was delicious and we had two patties left over to freeze and eat next week.
